Collection of your Personal Information. Coal Creek Wash collects

work address, telephone number, credit card and other credit information (referred
to herein as "personal information"). Please do not submit to us sensitive
personally identifiable information such as credit card information, driver's
license numbers or other financial information through our contact form.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Coal Creek Wash. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by Coal Creek Wash for the operation of the App, to maintain quality of the App, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the App.

Use of your Personal Information. Coal Creek Wash collects and uses your
personal information to operate the App and deliver the services you have
requested, including but not limited to depositing funds in your virtual wallet
with Coal Creek Wash, purchasing and sending gift cards to designated
recipients, purchasing Wash and other services offered by Coal Creek Wash, and to deliver the contents of the App. Coal Creek Wash also
uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products
or services available from Coal Creek Wash and its affiliates. Personal
information is also used for any other purpose for which you have provided it
for and to personalize the App for you. Coal Creek Wash may also contact
you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or
of potential new services that may be offered. Coal Creek Wash may also
utilize your personal information in any other way Coal Creek Wash describes
at the time you provide the information.
In order for Coal Creek Wash to provide services and deliver content on the App, Coal Creek Wash may need to share your personal information with third parties who provide support services for the App, perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from
unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a
credit card number) is transmitted to other Apps, it is protected through the
use of encryption. Coal Creek Wash requires that all third parties to
whom your personal information is disclosed maintain physical, electronic, and
procedural safeguards that are at least as protective as those employed by Coal Creek Wash.
No information from Children. Coal Creek Wash will never knowingly or intentionally collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If Coal Creek Wash obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately removed from its records. Because it does not knowingly or intentionally collect such information, to the best of Coal Creek Wash"s knowledge and belief, Coal Creek Wash has no such information to use or to disclose to a third party. If you initially opt in to receive such communications and you later decide that you no longer want to receive them, you may opt out of receiving promotional and marketing communications from us and/or our partners and other third parties by contacting Coal Creek Wash at the address provided below.
Changes to the Privacy Policy. Coal Creek Wash will occasionally update
this Policy to reflect company and customer feedback. Coal Creek Wash encourages
you to periodically review this Policy to be informed of how Coal Creek Wash

Changes to Your Personal Information. You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page. If you delete content that you have submitted to the App, copies of your submitted content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other App users.
Other Apps. This App contains links to other Linked Apps. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third party.
In the event that any of the provision of this Policy shall be held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be unimpaired, and the unenforceable provision shall be replaced by such enforceable term or provision as comes closest to the intention underlying the unenforceable term of provision.
